LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

Cruise Into is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility for the original order that was made for you at no charge.

CUSTOMS-International Shipments

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may be subject to customs fees when they arrive in your country.

Bags: 3-5 Business days
Apparel: 2-5 Business days

General Shipping times:

USA: 2-5 Business days
Canada: 10-20 Business days*
Everywhere else: 10-30 Business days*

USPS is the preferred carrier for all USA shipments. International shipments can be with a variety of different carriers such as DHL.
