TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Cruise Into. By accessing or using our website at cruiseinto.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), have read and agree to these Terms, and have read our Privacy Policy.

2. Products & Orders

Product Descriptions: We strive to display products accurately, but colors and details may vary slightly due to screen settings or print-on-demand production processes.

Print-on-Demand Products: Many of our products are custom-made to order through our partners Printify and Printful. Because these items are produced specifically for you, they are subject to our standard return policy (see Section 6).

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.

Pricing: All prices are displayed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

3. Payment

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship via USPS, OnTrac, Canada Post, and DHL. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.

International Orders: You are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges.

5. Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped outside of Canada and the United States, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

6. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our [Refund Policy] for full details. In summary:

  • Defective or damaged items: Contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund at no charge.
  • Print-on-demand items: Because these are custom-made, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse. However, we will always make it right if there is a quality issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on cruiseinto.com — including logos, images, text, and product designs — is owned by or licensed to Cruise Into and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Submit false or fraudulent orders
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or disruptive content

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cruise Into shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
